—There
will be a Concours de Petanque for doubles starting at 1100hrs.
—Each team will get at least
two games, and will be competing in a snake format.
—Eight teams with the highest aggregate
scores will then compete for the championship
—To enable play to start promptly at 1100hrs competing
teams are —requested to
register before 1100 hrs
—There
will be a break to the play whilst Lunch is served in the village —hall at 1300hrs.
—Lunch
will be as it was last year a cold collation.
—Play will recommence at 1400 hrs.
—It
is expected that the finals will be held at about 1600hrs
—There will be no bar, therefore members
are asked to bring their own —drinks. They should also bring their own picnic chairs.
—There
will be a raffle, and this will be drawn at around 1530hrs.
—In the case of unforeseen inclement
weather a race meeting programmed —on CD's will be screened in the hall. |
